Plan the vehicle combination and crew

Assign a towing vehicle, paired trailer, driver and passengers to a movement. Driving-licence classes stay visible as a checkpoint for the responsible dispatcher.

Reserve vehicles from departure through the realistic return. The next production competes with the real transport window rather than the show time alone.

Include maintenance and conflicts

Maintenance, repair and other blocks sit on the same timeline. Overlaps are checked while planning, before two jobs rely on the same vehicle.

Questions & answers

Can a trailer be planned with a towing vehicle?

Yes. A reservation can include one vehicle and a paired trailer, with conflicts checked for both assets.

Which time controls the next availability?

The available-again field. It should include the return journey, unloading and the operational handover.

Does SAVIE plan the fastest route?

No. Route, driving time, breaks and technical release remain with the responsible dispatcher and operator.
