Questions & answers

Everything you want to know about SAVIE.

About SAVIE

What is SAVIE?

SAVIE supports crew operations for event production companies. It brings job requirements, crew profiles, equipment experience, requests and booking responses into one workflow.

Who is SAVIE built for?

SAVIE is built for event production teams that regularly work with freelancers, particularly dispatchers coordinating several disciplines, equipment requirements and overlapping jobs.

Can SAVIE fit an existing workflow?

Yes. You can use SAVIE for crew operations and assess a supported ERP connection if your projects already live in another system. Start with a representative job to check the fit.

How it works

How does matching work?

SAVIE uses recorded disciplines, equipment experience and job requirements to support crew selection. The dispatcher reviews the suggestions and checks the brief, availability and any required credentials before booking.

Can freelancers maintain their own information?

Freelancers can maintain their profile information, including skills and equipment experience. Current, complete profiles make the information more useful for dispatchers.

Does calendar availability guarantee someone can take a job?

No. Calendar information helps with planning, but an unblocked date is not an acceptance. Send a request and check the response for the specific shift.

Does SAVIE support invoicing?

SAVIE includes invoicing, purchase orders and payment tracking in Connect. Check the pricing page for the current plan catalogue.

Integration & tools

Can SAVIE be used alongside easyjob?

Yes. Connect includes one standard ERP integration. The native easyjob integration supports imports and booking write-back; the exact workflow depends on WebAPI access, permissions and mappings. Confirm your requirements during setup.

Does SAVIE offer a general developer API?

The supported ERP connectors are distinct from a documented, self-service developer API. Contact SAVIE with the systems and data you need to connect so we can confirm the available scope.

Pricing & getting started

How does the trial work?

New company workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to register. Review the current paid plans on the pricing page.

How should we get started?

Start with a small set of crew profiles and one representative production. Check requirements, matching and booking responses before extending the workflow across your team.

Where can we check subscription terms?

The pricing page shows the current plan catalogue. Review the B2B terms for the conditions that apply to your subscription, including cancellation.
