Projects, jobs, staffing requirements and equipment and material lists are imported from the connected easyjob instance.

Equipment reveals the crew you need

SAVIE identifies disciplines from material groups and descriptions and suggests relevant gear skills. Confirmed equipment mappings are remembered for later imports. You review unresolved mappings and decide who to book.

Verify existing assignments

Eligible confirmations update an existing easyjob allocation and are checked afterwards. Empty slots need an allocation created in easyjob first. Individual declines or cancellations leave easyjob staffing demand unchanged; saved transfer outcomes show what needs review.

Does every field sync in both directions?

No. Projects, staffing requirements and gear lists come into SAVIE. Eligible confirmations can update existing easyjob allocations. First allocations for empty slots cannot be created through this integration; individual declines do not cancel easyjob demand.
